Ticket packages are designed so you can enjoy the weekend’s Halloween activities in Surfers Paradise, culminating with the Surfers Paradise Zombie Walk on Sunday 28th October.

For those aged 18+ Night Stalker tickets are available and include entry to an exclusive club night, Danse Macabre, on Saturday 27th October as well as the Surfers Paradise Zombie Walk on Sunday 29th October. Ticket holders will receive a Fest-Evil Pack containing various goodies and will receive discounts at named local businesses.
For families and individuals wanting to experience the Zombie Walk for the first time on the Gold Coast and still take advantage of discounts at named local businesses, Zombie Walker tickers are offered for both singles and groups/families of up to four people.
All ticket holders will receive an official Zombie Walk wristband to commemorate the event and will have access to Cosplay Competitions with cash prizes! You must have a ticket to enter these competitions.
Who you are buying from
Surfers Paradise Alliance (ABN 19 097 068 285) and RMW Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 69 159 996 611) are the Event Organisers in partnership for Surfers Paradise Fest-Evil featuring Surfers Paradise Zombie Walk (The Event).
What you are agreeing to
By visiting, using or purchasing any tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute Feature Show performances and activities during the Event.
The Event Zone encompasses the Surfers Paradise Foreshore, Cavill Mall, Parade Route and other activated event venues, which will be outlined on the website prior to the event commencing.
Conditions of Sale
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include local taxes (GST).
All ticket sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is exhausted and/or at a time otherwise specified by the Event Organisers.
For online ticket sales, an email with an electronic ticket will be sent automatically at time of purchase. If the ticket hasn’t been received within 24 hours it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to contact the Event Organiser on firstname.lastname@example.org.
For ticket sales purchased online, you will be required to check in at the ticket booth onsite within the Event Zone to retrieve your wristband (and or relevant VIP lanyard) during ticket booth operating hours if such items are still available.
For ticket sales purchased from the ticket booth, you will receive your wristbands (and or relevant VIP lanyards) at the time of purchase if such items are still available.
It is the ticket holders responsibility to ensure correct details are entered at time of purchase.
Ticket holders are required to provide proof of purchase (either by way of printed ticket or ticket displayed within a digital device). Failure to do so may result in entry being denied.
This ticket must be retained on your person during the Event (either by way of printed ticket or ticket displayed within a digital device) along with the provided wristband and/or VIP Lanyard.
The provided wristband and/or VIP Lanyard is valid for one person and cannot be transferred to another attendee once allocated to that person. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police.
Ticket may be invalid if any part of it (excluding allocated coupons) is removed, altered or defaced. The Event Organisers reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose Ticket and/or other identifier (such as a wristband and/or VIP lanyard) is damaged, has been defaced in any way, does not have a fully visible barcode or was not obtained through the Event Organisers. Only Tickets with a valid barcode are valid for entry. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police.
The Event Organisers will not be responsible for any Ticket, Lanyard or Wristband that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of your Ticket, Lanyard or Wristband. It is not always possible to issue duplicates. If duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged.
In addition, entry into the Cosplay competitions included in the tickets is via registrations on the allocated day, times and locations as outlined prior to the event available on the websites surfersparadise.com and surfersparadise.zombiewalkaustralia.com. At the time of registering, you will be required to show your valid ticket and be wearing your other identifier (such as wristband and/or VIP lanyard).
In ahttp://www.surfersparadise.zombiewalkaustralia.comddition, entrance to certain performances and activities are subject to the purchase of an additional ticket or a paid entry fee. Only persons holding a relevant ticket will be allowed access to relevant activities. Refer to the ticket type and its nominated inclusions for the list of included and relevant activities.
The Night Stalker Package is an 18+ ticket. Certain performances and activities are strictly 18+ events and ID will be requested prior to entry being permitted. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if ID cannot be produced. No refund will be given.
It is the ticket holders responsibility to ensure that they select the right ticket packages suitable for their age and for the activities they wish to have access to.
Zombie Walker Family/Group ticket is valid for up to four (4) persons. Additional person will be charged the price of a Zombie Walker Single ticket.
Tickets may not, without the prior consent of the Event Organisers, be resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the ticket. This includes, but is not limited to advertising of a particular product, other commercial use and/or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder.
The Event Organisers reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers being brought into The Event Zone and may refuse entry to any person carrying any item that in the Event Organisers absolute discretion is dangerous or prohibited. Please refer to the props, toys and weapons policy prior to the event available on the website surfersparadise.zombiewalkaustralia.com
Persons entering The Event Zone do so at their own risk. The Event Organisers accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any person or thing.
No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought into The Event Zone.
Scooters (except mobility scooters), skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from The Event Zone for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these terms & conditions.
Persons entering The Event Zone are required to abide by directives given by The Event Organisers, event staff and their representatives as well as local law representatives and QPS.
Refunds and exchanges
Ticket purchases are final once the transaction has been made. The Event Organisers are not liable to give a refund or exchange the Ticket for cancellation for any reason.
The Event Organisers reserves the right to alter the date, entertainment and accompanying activities as advertised without prior notice. Your entitlement to a refund in such circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the Event Organisers.
In the event a refund is issued the agreed sum must be credited back to the credit/bank card used in the original transaction.
In the event of changes to the Feature Shows regarding timing, location etc. updates will be made to surfersparadise.com and www.surfersparadise.zombiewalkaustralia.com.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions that apply to any particular transaction will be the published terms and conditions at the time the transaction was finalised. The Event Organisers reserve the right to alter or change the terms and conditions as they appear on the surfersparadise.com website from time to time effective immediately from posting on the website.
The Event Organisers suggest you visit surfersparadise.com on a regular basis to ensure you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia but legal proceedings may be commenced in any Australian State or Territory.
